I want to write today about the racial passives the horde as, in my opinion the race you choose to play is very important meaning it will guide you through your entire World of Warcraft journey.
The first race I want to talk about are Orcs.
These are the racial passives they give, considering these three passives you can choose a class suitable for your preferred role like Hunter , Warlock, Death Knight or Warrior.
Why do I put Hunters, Warlocks and Death Knights first? because of
Command: Damage dealt by pets increased by 1%.
Considering this particular racial passive that 1% can do alot for your pet and increase significantly some damage 1% from 1000 damage meaning 10 damage, not cosidering armor penetration or block chance for tanks.
The next race is Undead:
Cannibalize: When activated, regenerates 7% of total health and mana every 2 sec for 10 sec. Only works on Humanoid or Undead corpses within 5 yds. Any movement, action, or damage taken while Cannibalizing will cancel the effect.
Shadow Resistance: Reduces Shadow damage taken by 1%.
Touch of the Grave: Your attacks and damaging spells have a chance to drain the target, dealing 1932 to 2244 Shadow damage and healing you for the same amount.
Will of the Forsaken: Removes any Charm, Fear and Sleep effect. This effect shares a 30 sec cooldown with other similar effects. Additionally, you can breathe underwater indefinitely.
This race I prefer to play either rogues or Warlocks, Priests, Mages or even Death Knights for the look :D. Magic dealers are cool with Touch of the Grave and Will of the Forsaken in combat, even death knights benefit from touch of the grave.
Next is Tauren:
Brawn: Critical strike bonus damage and healing increased by 2%.
Cultivation: Herbalism skill increased by 15 and you gather herbs faster than normal herbalists.
Endurance: Increases your Stamina by 197 (scales with level).
Nature Resistance: Reduces Nature damage taken by 1%.
War Stomp: Stuns up to 5 enemies within 8 yds for 2 sec.
These guys make good paladins, shamans, warriors, death knights and druids. Brawn gives cirt strike bonus and healing, endurance increases your stamina so it’s the perfect race for a warrior if you as me 🙂
Regeneration: Health regeneration rate increased by 10%. 10% of total Health regeneration may continue during combat.
Beast Slaying: Experience gains from killing Beasts increased by 20%.
Berserking: Increases your haste by 15% for 10 sec.
Da Voodoo Shuffle: Reduces the duration of all movement impairing effects by 20%. Trolls be flippin’ out mon!
These guys are best at PVP they can regenerate health real quick and have berserk, best classes : Shaman , druid, warrior, rogue, monk, hunter
Time is Money: Cash in on a 1% increase to haste.
Best Deals Anywhere: Always receive the best possible gold discount, regardless of faction.
Better Living Through Chemistry: Alchemy skill increased by 15.
Pack Hobgoblin: Calls in your friend, Gobber, allowing you bank access for 1 min.
Rocket Barrage: Launches your belt rockets at an enemy, dealing (1 + Level * 2) fire damage.
Rocket Jump: Activates your rocket belt to jump forward. Other effects which slow the rate of falling cannot be used within 10 sec after using this ability.
To be honest I have 0 goblin characters on my account I have not made a goblin not even from curiosity, I just don’t like small characters so if they look wierd I probably avoid them, but it’s ok, sometimes I can try something new you might never know what could happen or what could you possibly get anyway 😀
So I have no clue what classes are good for these guys this is a race for gold farmers I think :)) so I don’t even consider them really viable to battle but you could make a shaman out of them why not 🙂 I would make a goblin shaman, rogue or death knight, If I’m passionate enough this is not greedy it’s just for the sake of it WoW has it’s own Auction House system so they need bankers right? Well goblin suits best for bankers if you would ask me 😛
I should definetly make a goblin warrior, but I almost forgot about blood elfs.
- Arcane Torrent: Remove 1 beneficial effect from all enemies within 8 yards and restore 3% of your Mana, 15 Energy, 15 Rage, 15 Focus, 1 Holy Power, 1 Chi, or 20 Runic Power.
- Arcane Acuity: Increases critical strike chance by 1%.
- Arcane Affinity: Enchanting skill increased by 10.
- Arcane Resistance: Reduces Arcane damage taken by 1%.
So basically blood elfs are best magicians, you can make warriors or paladins or even death knights but they perform as best as they can as magic dealers as you see above 🙂
